Cornwall Focusing Gathering

Lü Ormiston and I are once again offering you the opportunity to join us in Cornwall for a Focusing Retreat and holiday. Boswedden is a comfortable and beautiful retreat centre on the coast at Cape Cornwall near St Just. We will be staying 3 nights, arriving before supper on Friday, and leaving after breakfast on Monday.

We gather in the mornings after breakfast for a check-in and then go into pairs for plenty of time for Focusing. The afternoons are free for personal time, resting, walks, creative work and painting, or exploring the area with others or on your own. There's a chance to meet with others at 5pm for more Focusing before supper and an option for socialising or creative group time in the evenings. Bring your music - or whatever you want to share.

The cost is £175 for three nights, full board.

Dartmoor Focusing Retreats

No special learning - this is more about being than doing. Just come and take time for your personal process through individual Focusing sessions. Small group (Max 4) meets in the mornings. Walks and free time in the afternoons. Includes individual Focusing session with Fiona. Stay at local B&Bs.
