Boswedden Focusing Holiday 8 – 11 October 2010

You are invited to join Lu Ormiston and Fiona Parr for a Focusing holiday at Boswedden, St. Just, at Cape Cornwall. Boswedden offers fantastic facilities for your enjoyment. It has a solar heated swimming pool, a comfortable group lounge, a meditation room and dance space, gardens and maze.
 
Boswedden is within walking distance of the rugged cliffs of Cape Cornwall and the sea with its magnificent coastline. Choughs nest here. There are beaches to explore nearby and a wealth of ancient sacred sites in this magical area. It is only one mile from St Just, an artistic centre for Cornwall, and there’s local art and crafts in abundance.
 
You can arrive from mid afternoon on Friday. We get together for an early supper and then meet the others informally after supper. We meet as a group in the mornings, then have time for substantial Focusing in pairs, followed by lunch. The afternoons are free for walks, swimming and creative time, individually or in small groups. There's also an opportunity for having another Focusing session, dance, or swim in the indoor pool before the evening meal.
 
The evenings are for optional group explorations, in a Focusing way, with whatever people bring. There is space for dancing, music or singing, group Focusing etc. Participants may lead this, so if you have something you want to share, bring your music, instruments, or whatever.
 
We have a final group sharing on Monday after breakfast and then complete. There is an option to extend your stay either side of the weekend, which you can arrange directly with Thelma at Boswedden. The cost for the weekend is £185, which includes full board, 2 lunches and 3 evening meals. Campers rate is £108, which includes all meals.
